How should my hair be when I arrive at my appointment?

Please arrive with clean, dry, and styled hair. This will allow us to see how you typically style your hair and will also provide the best canvas for any color services. Remember, if there is a build-up of oils or dirt, it may affect the outcome of your color and may result in less coverage for white hairs.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

We require 48 hours notice for cancellations with no charge.

Any cancellations with less that 48 hours notice will be charged 50% of the service(s) booked.

What are your hours?

Tuesday 9-3

Wednesday & Thursday 930-830

Friday 9-3

Every other Saturday: 10am - 4pm

Each stylist gets 2 long weekends a month to spend time with their families. We work 6 hour shifts to reduce burn out.

How do I book an appointment?

What color line do you use?

We use Davines Mask with Vibrachrom for permanent, Davines the View for demi permanent. Fabuloso and Staino for our vivids.

What are your prices?

Our pricing is tiered based on years of experience and education.

We understand everyone has different investment levels for their hair and we always want to respect that by offered alternative stylists to work within their realm.

How often should I be coming in?

  • Short haircut: 3-5 weeks
  • Medium haircut: 6-10 weeks
  • Long haircut: 10-16 weeks, or once a season
  • Full service balayage: 10-12 months
  • Face frame foils: 8-12 weeks
  • Full foil: 12-16 weeks
  • Regrowth and refresh: 4-7 weeks
  • Gloss: Every 8-12 weeks. Great to add on to cut.

What products do you use in the salon?

What is your return policy?

Hair Products: We have a 14 day grace period. If you’re not happy with it feel free to bring it back within the 14 days. Anything longer than 14 days will not be refunded or exchanged.

Hot Tools: Check with the manufacturer- they usually need to see proof of purchase but sometimes will have a 1 year warranty.

Do you have a referral program?

When you refer a friend, you will receive a $20 gift card for Filament!

What does a customized hair plan mean?

Our goal is to keep your hair as healthy as possible no matter what.

We have a thorough consultation where we hone in on, what your goals are for your hair and what we can make happen within your goals! Sometimes we can achieve them in 1 appointment, sometimes it takes 6. It is all a process, enjoy the adventure.
